Just a few words to convey our appreciation following meetings with Ms. Lyne Fortin, representative and advisor, at Alliance Taillon Voyer.

Selling our home and buying a condominium unit at 70 years of age was a challenge for us. Generous with her time, Ms. Fortin gained our trust. Her years of experience helped us get over the hurdles of the buying process. Her patience and humour often calmed us when things got difficult. This letter is to inform you that I am completely satisfied with the services of Ms. Lyne Fortin, Sales Office Manager for Construction Voyer. Ms. Fortin provides extraordinary service. Attentive, available, devoted, she obviously takes her customer’s satisfaction to heart. She is polite, courteous and cheerful, she takes the time to listen to her customer’s needs and takes an interest in them. Ms. Fortin ensured that my buying experience was as enjoyable as possible. Without her, I’m not sure I would have received such quick and efficient service. After moving into my new home, she is the one person who ensured that everything went well and was able to communicate with resource people to help with any disappointments I had. This extraordinary woman not only offers sales service, but also post-sale service. Thanks to Ms. Lyne Fortin’s efforts, I know I can recommend a Voyer construction to people in my circle.

It would be a shame not to also mention the name of Mr. François Loranger in this letter since he is just as devoted. I needed only to contact him to get things moving. He is hardworking, pleasant and efficient.

I remain unsatisfied with a few small issues, which are very minor items for which I have notified the appropriate people in the company. I imagine that very shortly, I will be able to say that I am happy and 100% satisfied.
