Founded in 1973 by René Voyer, Construction Voyer benefits from the passion of his two sons. On construction sites since the age of 13, Pascal and Jean-François Voyer learned the basics of the trade alongside their entrepreneur father before honing their expertise respectively in architecture and civil engineering.

Today, the company pursues the same passion: that of creating unique living environments for Quebecois families, exploring new territory and working on large-scale real estate projects.

To-date, Voyer family companies have built close to 7,000 residential units for happy homeowners. Our built projects include: single-family properties, condo and multi-unit properties, multi-generational homes, prestige homes and rental complexes.
